These terms apply to your use of the Aligents Business Solutions website (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Questions can be sent to solutions@aligents.com.
About Aligents
Aligents Business Solutions (“Aligents,” “we,” “us”) is an AI consulting and workflow automation business based in Mohave County, Arizona, serving customers in the United States.
Information on the Site
The Site provides general information about our services. The interactive simulator and the Pre-Flight Business Check use illustrative examples and your own rough inputs. Their workflows, sample messages, and time estimates are planning aids only. They are not real client results, professional, legal, financial, or tax advice, a diagnosis of your business, or a forecast, guarantee, or promise of savings or outcomes.
Consulting services are agreed separately
Using the Site, requesting a free 20-minute consultation, or submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to work together. The 20-minute consultation and Pre-Flight AI Assessment are currently free, with no obligation to purchase further services. The assessment scope, deliverables, responsibilities and any data access are agreed before it begins. Paid engagements, such as Takeoff Implementation or Flight Deck Support, begin only when we both agree in writing to their scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, responsibilities, and data-access terms. If those written terms conflict with these terms, the written engagement terms control for that engagement.
Your inquiries and information
Please provide accurate information and do not submit passwords, payment details, sensitive client records, or other information not needed for an initial conversation. Our handling of the information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy, including that we collect personal information through the Site only with your consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes attempting to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to it or its inquiry service, sending spam or unlawful content, using automated means to submit forms, or copying the Site in a way that misrepresents it as yours.
Intellectual property
The Site’s text, design, logo, and graphics belong to Aligents or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site and download your own business check brief for your internal business use. Other use requires our written permission. Content you send us remains yours, and you allow us to use it only to respond to you and evaluate possible work together.
Third-party services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as scheduling and email providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aligents and its owners and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. Liability under a written consulting engagement is governed by that engagement’s terms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
